This is my favourite length of time to ask people to commit to. Anything shorter and the change is often short-lived. Anything longer and the pressure of being in “challenge mode” sets in and people quit because of it. 21 days is the sweet spot where I’ve found the most success with clients.

My name is Sue Lemoine, and I’m a Registered Holistic Nutrition Practitioner (RHNP), Licensed with the Canadian Association for Integrative Nutrition, our Canadian governing body. I work primarily with women over 40 to not only lose weight, but to bring their life into balance, especially at this stage where their hormones are usually out of control, they are gaining weight and their stress levels are high AND they are usually seeing medicals that are less than ideal. Holistic health is preventative health which means I look at not only what’s going on inside the body, but the life circumstances surrounding the client. I help to bring everything into balance so weight loss becomes achievable again.
I think in our society, women have always suffered with weight issues, even more so in peri-menopause and beyond. I just help women love themselves again and when that happens, their happiness world explodes.
