Working with Sue has been a pleasure. With fibromyalgia, it was important to implement some of the activity slower than most and she was very encouraging and understanding. Hi! I'm Sue Lemoine!

I’m a Registered Holistic Health Practitioner and my goal is to share my holistic nutrition knowledge with others.  I want to tell others, especially women over 40, not to give up hope because they too can lose weight, find the energy they somehow lost and live the life of happiness, joy and peace — whatever their vision is.   Most important of all, it can be done without crazy dieting, long hours at the gym while enjoying their favourite foods!

I decided to be a holistic health coach when my father died of cancer in 2013.  That is when I started to do some in-depth research into the causes, prevention and treatment of cancer. What I revealed horrified me.  I will share some of what I found in this webinar. 

By becoming a Licensed Holistic Health Practitioner, it reinforced how important eating clean, whole foods is and how it can help with longevity by rebuilding strong cells and tissues.    I have an immense drive and a wealth of knowledge to share with you to help you achieve your health goals and reclaim your life!

I suffered from a number of annoying ailments for a long time and trying to figure out the root is what spurred me to give Sue’s detox program a try to give the ol body a cleaning from the inside! I was pleased with the results. I felt better, my mind was clearer and a few pounds lost was the icing on the cake. I have tried several diet plans and systems in the past but made the decision to try a reset paying particular attention to the nutritional benefits. It helped me to realize that my cravings and food choices in the past that have impacted my “diet” and health, have been largely rooted in mental needs rather than nutritional ones. This has inspired changes I can make that will impact my lifestyle and choices in a positive, healthy way for the future and for my long term health.
